Yoga, to me, is a means of safely and effectively conditioning the body, while also calming the mind and finding comfort in stillness.
For many people, private individual or small group yoga lessons are the ideal environment to begin yoga or progress in their practice. It is a privilege for me to lead these personalized sessions, which are offered outdoors, indoors or virtually.
