This 75-minute Intermediate Yoga class is designed for yogis looking for a combination of Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. The practice focuses on breath, bandhas and yoga poses to enhance core strength and concentration. leaving you feeling longer, stronger, rejuvenated and more open in the hips, shoulders and chest. This practice includes pranayama (breath practice) and a beautiful savasana (quiet, relaxing, rest period) at the end. (Space is limited. Sign-Up Required)
